Romeo Akbar Walter is losing its pace, the movie is continuing with its average performance from its first week but now a decline rate is noticed in the collection of RAW. The new release Kalank emerged out as the biggest opener and affected the number of screens of RAW which gives a negative impact on John Abraham starrer RAW. The movie did not come up with good numbers as the movie has entered in its second week and just touched its production budget of Rs. 35 crores. The movie is facing competition from the day of release as other movies of the box office including Kesari made a stronghold at the box office.

John Abraham and Mouni Roy Starrer espionage drama also affected by alongside release Hollywood superhero action flick Shazam. However, Shazam is running behind from RAW but the partition of the audience affected the collection of the movie. The movie had a collection of Rs. 80 lakhs on Monday and the total box office collection of the movie in the second week yet is Rs. 6.10 crores. Now it is assumed that the movie will take the total to Rs. 40 crores by the end of its second week. The movie had a collection of Rs. 29.84 crores in its previous week. The movie is standing with a total box office collection of Rs. 36 crores.

But the journey for the movie in its upcoming days will not be facile as the hype of Kalank is in the trend and the movie tops all the biggest opener of the current year. On another hand, RAW is now running at a dismal pace. Romeo Akbar Walter is directed by Robbie Grewal and produced by Dheeraj Wadhawan, Ajay Kapoor, Vanessa Valia under the production banner of Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Kyta productions. The movie casts John Abraham, Mouni Roy, Jackie Shroff, and Sikander Kher performing the pivotal roles in the movie.

The movie revolves around a bank cashier later recruited by India’s foreign intelligence agency the research and analysis wing(RAW). With his different identity as a spy agent, he gives information to RAW from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Raw sets against the backdrop of Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. The movie is based on the true events of that particular time period of war.
