Kesari is performing well at the box office even in its fourth week, however the collection of the movie fall after the release of Kalank. Kesari merged itself in the list of the most successful movie of this year yet. Kesari also becomes Akshay Kumar one of the best victorious movies. According to the latest report from BOI, Kesari is the highest grossing movie of Akshay Kumar career in terms of NETT collections. Rowdy Rathore has the Highest Gross collection with a gross collection of Rs. 180 crores, while Kesari has a Gross of Rs 174.50 crores.

Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari collected another 5 crores in its kitty in its fourth week. The movie has still one or two shows in the multiplexes which going to head the collection of the movie upwards for sure.

  • Week One – Rs. 103.18 crores
  • Week Two – Rs. 29.62 crores
  • Week Three – Rs. 11.37 crores
  • Week Four – Rs. 5 crores
  • Total Box Office Collection – Rs. 150.91 crores

Kesari ended up its fourth week with a total box office collection of over Rs. 150 crores. Now the movie entered into its fifth week, the upcoming journey of the movie will a little harsh because of multi-starrer movie Kalank has hit the theatres this Wednesday. It is assumed that the movie will be going to affect the collection of old releases.

Despite all of this, Kesari gives a massive performance at the box office and come out as the most appreciated movie of the year till yet. The response of the audience for Kesari is remarkable. The movie describes the story of The Battle Of Saragarhi one of the greatest Last Man Stands in history, it was a battle between 21 soldiers of the 36th Sikhs of the British Indian Army fought against 10,000 to 12,000 Afridi and Orakzai Pashtun tribesman in 1897.
